These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Beaver Movers website and the online moving-quote quiz (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are

Beaver Movers is a moving company based in Ottawa, Canada. The Service is provided by Beaver Movers ("we", "us", "our").

2. What the Service does

The Service lets you request a personalized moving estimate by answering a short quiz and submitting your contact details. Any estimate delivered to you is a non-binding indication based on the information you provided and is not a contractual offer.

3. Your responsibilities

4. Communications

By submitting your contact details you agree that we may contact you by phone call, SMS, WhatsApp, Telegram or email regarding your quote request. You can opt out at any time by replying "STOP" or contacting us directly.

5. Pricing

Any pricing shown or communicated before a booking is an estimate only. Final pricing depends on on-site assessment, actual volume, distance, access conditions, packing needs and other factors, and will be confirmed in a written quote before any work begins.

7. Third-party services

We use third-party tools (e.g. Meta/Facebook for advertising measurement, Telegram for internal notifications). Their use of your data is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Beaver Movers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service or reliance on any estimate provided. Our aggregate liability will not exceed CAD $100.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Ottawa, Ontario.
